Job Overview
ATS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert chiropractic care to patients, focusing on pain relief, injury prevention, and overall wellness. This role involves diagnosing musculoskeletal issues, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Chiropractor will play a vital role in improving patient quality of life through personalized care and effective pain management strategies.
The Chiropractor will assist in the management of existing patient base while continuing to grow their own practice. ATS is an established multi-disciplinary practice (25-years) with a established reputation for high quality standard of patient focused care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
- Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and identify root causes of pain or discomfort
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic techniques
- Provide hands-on adjustments and other therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain
- Educate patients on posture, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications for optimal health
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Experience
- Valid chiropractic license in good standing with relevant licensing boards
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health
- Experience in pain management techniques and therapies preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients
- Ability to work empathetically with diverse patient populations and handle multiple cases efficiently
Compensation Options:
- Hourly based rate $50.00- $65.00 per hour
- Competitive percentage based split 65/35 on sliding scale.
Clinic coverage minimum 3-days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
