We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or products as needed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas for different projects
- Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to meet safety standards
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a team environment
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors
- Attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe workspace
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
