Ohspa is looking to expand our team of wellness professionals! We are currently welcoming applications from Estheticians, Body Workers and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) who are passionate about wellness, exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
We are hiring for multiple positions, and you do not need to be qualified in all three areas. We encourage applicants with training and experience in one or more of these disciplines to apply.
The Opportunity
As part of the Ohspa team, you will provide professional treatments and personalized wellness experiences in a warm, relaxing and guest-focused environment.
Depending on your training and area of practice, you may provide esthetic services, body treatments/bodywork, or Registered Massage Therapy.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality treatments within your training and scope of practice.
- Provide warm, professional and personalized guest service.
- Educate guests about treatments, services and appropriate home-care products.
- Maintain clean, organized and welcoming treatment spaces.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and appropriate treatment records where required.
- Participate in training and contribute to a positive, collaborative spa environment.
- Support Ohspa's retail and product sales goals.
Who We're Looking For
Estheticians: Graduates of a recognized Esthetics program. Previous experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply and training is available. Knowledge of Eminence Organic Skin Care is an asset.
Body Workers: Professional bodywork experience is preferred. Knowledge of techniques such as hot stone, reflexology, trigger point, sports and deep tissue massage is an asset.
Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs): Applicants must be licensed to practise as an RMT in British Columbia. Previous professional experience is preferred.
For all positions, we're looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine interest in creating exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is important.
