Position: Junior Accountant
Reports to: Senior accountant and Controller
Location: 2485 Speers Road, Oakville

Mancor Industries is a world class precision manufacturer of metal components and sub-assemblies that use metal cutting, forming, machining, welding, assembly and paint. We use state-of-the-art machining and fabrication techniques in a lean, self-directed work team manufacturing environment to produce high value-added, cost-effective products for our strategic partners.
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to work in the Finance and Accounting Department. Reporting to the senior accountant and controller. This position plays a crucial role in the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.
Responsibilities:
· Complete accounts payable cycle with reconciliation
· Complete accounts receivable cycle with reconciliation
· Prepare financial reports with analysis for controller
Education & Qualifications
· Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
· Excellent communication skills- fluency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must.
· Proficiency in MS Office products
· Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with external partners
· Must be organized and able to balance multiple priorities appropriately
· Must be goal-focused and committed to completing tasks
· Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
· Detail-orientated, highly motivated, patient and diligent
Salary and Benefits
· Salary: CAD 48,000 – CAD 50,000 Annually
