Summary
We are looking for a friendly, creative, and hardworking Bilingual Florist (Korean and English) to join our floral shop. If you enjoy working with flowers and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Korean and English to ensure excellent service.
- Designing and creating floral bouquets, arrangements, and plant displays for various occasions, tailored to customer preferences.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-store, email, and over the phone
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, providing expert advice.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and display areas.
- Handle sales transactions accurately
- Processing and caring for fresh flowers and plants
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinating and preparing all pickup orders and deliveries
- Managing our social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, our website, and Google) and promoting Marshall Flower Garden.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in floristry or plant care (Only individuals with at least one year of experience in the floristry field may apply. We kindly ask those without relevant florist experience to not apply)
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a part-time position available for 1-3 days per week (4 hour shifts)
Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
