Description of Duties
Mission
- As a Mover, you will be part of a Team of 2-5 people, make sure that the project is done on budgeted hours, accurately and with high customer satisfaction.
Deliverables
Mover's role
- Finish every job within the budgeted hours while maintaining an average 9.6/10 quality score by leading the customer's experience.
- Organize and use equipment and materials to complete jobs most efficiently and safely.
- Set and discuss goals per job with your Team.
Skill Set, Requirements & Experience Needed
- Moving experience is an asset
- No on the job smoking/vaping (our clients prefer non-smokers).
- Able to endure a physically demanding job for 8+ hours, if needed.
Compensation
- The hourly pay starts at $20 for inexperienced movers and $24 for drivers. Depending on proof of experience, we do pay up to $23 for movers and $33 for drivers. Payroll only.
