We are looking for a part time server/dishwasher. Someone who is willing to do both positions when shifts are needed to be covered . Hours are 330pm-730pm.
Responsibilities for Serving poistion:
-serving 40 seniors dinner. Dinner includes salad, soup, main course and dessert. Along with serving tea, coffee and juice. Responsible for setting tables, dinner service, clearing tables. As well as any help the kitchen might need.
-Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
-Sweep or scrub floors
Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Responsibilities for Dishwasher poistion:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
