Canadian Tire Red Deer South is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Fill Crew. This role is essential to ensuring products move quickly from the warehouse to the sales floor so our customers can always find what they need.

What You'll Do
As a Fill Crew Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our shelves full and our inventory flowing efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Stocking merchandise throughout all areas of the store
- Replenishing shelves from backstock and warehouse inventory
- Unloading and organizing incoming freight
- Building and maintaining promotional displays
- Ensuring products are accurately faced, signed, and merchandised
- Keeping aisles clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting with seasonal transitions and major merchandise resets
- Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided)
- Working with handheld devices to locate and replenish merchandise
- Supporting inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and damaged product
- Assisting other departments as business needs require

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to safely move merchandise using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Comfortable working in both the warehouse and sales floor environments

Previous retail or warehouse experience is an asset but not required. We are looking for reliable individuals who are eager to learn and enjoy working in an active environment.
