House Cleaner
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring client satisfaction through thorough and efficient cleaning practices. - Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness
- Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each appointment
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep if required by clients
- Experience with laundry services and household chores
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
