TalentWorld is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician (442A) in Elora, Ontario for one of its valued partners.

- Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Work 36 hours, paid for 40
Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:
- Respond to machine breakdowns and emergency repair calls to maximize equipment uptime
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and electrical systems
- Maintain electrical cabinets, motors, disconnects, lighting, and related components
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and electrical standards development
- Coordinate with contractors and support project work as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintenance Electrician Qualifications:
- 442A Industrial Electrician License
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- PLC programming experience considered a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
