About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our customers. With experience in the retail industry, your role will involve assisting customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating our cash registers and managing financial transactions.
- Achieving established goals and tasks set by manager.
- Increase store sales, by providing excellent customer service.
- Help Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor throughout each shift.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Requirements:
- A friendly, upbeat personality.
- A competitive, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Drive for seeking improvement in store performance and optimizing the customer experience.
- Passion for action sports and performance lifestyles.
- Able to adapt to change with little or short notice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills for inventory and sales transactions
- Power Sports knowledge an asset (Motorcross, Snowmobiling, ATV, Fishing).
