Summary
We are seeking a Residential Repair Specialist to join our team in Canada. You will play a vital role in repairing home damages caused by solar installations and supporting our service team, contributing to excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities.
- Use hand tools and construction skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with installation tasks such as drywall, siding, gutters, soffit, stucco as needed.
- Perform repairs on residential solar panel systems and related electrical components
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Document repair activities and communicate effectively with clients.
- Support restoration and finishing work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools in construction related fields.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems is a plus.
- Experience with restoration, painting, flooring, or tile laying is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
