Sales / Customer Service & Back Shop Helper – Possible permanent position

Hours & Availability
- 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on demand
- Must be available weekdays (daytime and some early evenings)
- Weekend availability is required, especially around peak holidays
We do our best to be flexible with scheduling, but strong reliability during busy periods is essential.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic, someone who takes initiative and stays productive without constant direction
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers (in person and on the phone)
- Good communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
- Comfortable using computers and able to type efficiently for order entry
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to be on your feet and assist with lifting, cleaning, and shop tasks
- A positive, “jump in and help” attitude
(Floral experience is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person.)
Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
- Entering orders accurately into our system
- Supporting daily shop operations (cleaning, organizing, restocking)
- Processing flowers and organizing the fridge
- Wrapping orders and assisting with delivery preparation
- Coordinating pickups and helping keep workflow running smoothly
- Supporting senior staff with a variety of tasks as needed
- Assembly of flowers
This is a team environment where everyone helps wherever needed, no task is too small.
