Salesforce Consultant - Job Description:
The Salesforce Consultant will join our client's Salesforce Centre of Excellence to support the Group Benefits business. The role involves transforming business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on requirements discovery, solution design, and Salesforce configuration within an Agile environment.
Salesforce Consultant - Responsibilities:
- Partner with architects and application designers to design new Salesforce.com solutions
- Develop a strong understanding of business partner challenges and objectives
- Provide expert advice regarding the use of Salesforce.com to support business applications
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, create Epics & User Stories
- Propose solutions to business executives and collaborate with technical architects
- Demonstrate solutions and progress during sprint reviews
- Perform declarative configurations and lead clients through user acceptance testing
Salesforce Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
- Expert level functional understanding of Sales Cloud
- Experience working on complex CRM or digital initiatives involving Salesforce.com
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Consultant / Analyst or Functional Salesforce.com Consultant / Analyst
- Ability to build prototypes and live mock-ups
- Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities
- Active Salesforce Admin certification
Salesforce Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Financial Services Cloud functional understanding
- Web and Mobile application consulting and analysis experience
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Bitbucket and SourceTree
Salesforce Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract role
