Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee service calls, ensure quality standards, and assist a team of skilled techs with any challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing management skills, a good knowledge of plumbing systems/parts, and the ability to prepare plumbing reports.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of plumbing technicians online through dispatch, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Help technicians set up vans with proper equipment and parts they would need to complete their assigned calls for the day; assist in sourcing parts for appointments from suppliers
- Co-ordinate with clients and techs for follow up calls for appointments; being able to provide knowledge of other services provided, if necessary
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan and execute plumbing installations effectively.
- Implement safety procedures and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of dig jobs, inspections, change orders, invoices and inspection reports.
Skills
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings including schematics and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations within the plumbing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing parts and services
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
