We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety while efficiently handling towing operations. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, driving skills, and the ability to work in various conditions. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for assisting stranded motorists and transporting vehicles safely to designated locations.

Duties
- Safely operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
- Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring minimal damage during the process.
- Provide professional roadside assistance to customers in need
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws
- Maintain the tow truck in good working condition through regular inspections and basic mechanical repairs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Keep accurate records of services provided, including mileage and vehicle condition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years tow trucking experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission is preferred.
- Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles; familiarity with flatbed towing is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients in stressful situations.
- Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures while performing towing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
