Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our management team as a Logistics Supervisor. This role is vital to our daily operations, requiring a candidate who can balance high-level team leadership with hands-on operational support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver dedicated to maintaining store standards and driving a premium customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate associates to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and service standards are met.
- Operational Oversight: Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain merchandising excellence, and ensure inventory accuracy across the floor.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring professional and timely resolution.
- Safety & Loss Prevention: Ensure compliance with all provincial health and safety regulations and internal policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.
- Performance Management: Work closely with the management team to monitor department goals and provide feedback on operational improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail supervisory, lead hand, or key holder role.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to delegate effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility: Strong adaptability to oversee various departments and handle shifting priorities throughout the day.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and senior management.
- Availability: Must be available for a flexible rotation that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
