In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their cannabis needs. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs
- Provide knowledgeable information about product offerings and usage
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions
- Handle cash and manage cash register operations
- Uphold compliance with AGCO regulations and company policies
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Qualifications
- CanSell Certificate
- Cannabis retail experience would be preferred
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
