AML Case Administrator (MS Excel):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an AML Case Administrator (MS Excel) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Bedford office.
AML Case Administrator (MS Excel) - Job Description:
The AML Case Administrator will be responsible for managing and updating Excel files related to completed AML cases. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of data and uploading it into the bank’s internal system, supporting the Financial Crimes department within Group Risk Management.
AML Case Administrator (MS Excel) - Responsibilities:
- Receive cases from DET SM (Detective Scenario Monitoring)
- Review Excel files to determine if any corrections are needed
- Upload files to the internal system
- Process and complete any manual entry
- Submit cases for approval to DET SM
AML Case Administrator (MS Excel) - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Previous data entry/file maintenance experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent English spoken & written communication skills
AML Case Administrator (MS Excel) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the AML industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
