Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
- Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal ducting and fittings
- Install diffusers, grilles, and air distribution components
- Assist with layout and fabrication of duct systems
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow company and WorkSafeBC safety procedures
- Work with a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Registered Sheet Metal Apprentice (or willing to register)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read basic blueprints is an asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on construction sites
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation
- Apprentice wage based on BC Sheet Metal apprenticeship scale
- Wage range typically depending on level and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
