We’re looking for a solid cladding guy who can run work without constant supervision.
Most of our projects are commercial exterior envelope jobs involving:
- metal panels
- ACM
- metal siding
- HPL systems
- fibre cement panels
- insulation and rainscreen assemblies
This is not an office foreman role. We need someone who can stay on tools, keep installers moving, solve problems on site, and maintain production without sacrificing quality or safety.
What the role looks like
- organizing the crew for the day
- checking layout and installation details
- making sure materials and access are ready before work starts
- coordinating with site supers and other trades
- helping installers when needed
- catching mistakes before they become rework
- keeping the site productive and organized
You should have
- real hands-on cladding experience
- experience with commercial exterior envelope systems
- ability to read drawings and elevations
- confidence leading 2–6 installers on site
- good awareness of safety and sequencing
- ability to work without being micromanaged
Lead Hand experience is preferred, but experienced installers ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
