We’re searching for enthusiastic sales people to promote and sell season subscriptions over the phone for a major Canadian Symphony Orchestra—NO cold calling required!
What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills & a quick learner
- Availability for at least 4 shifts per week
- A cover letter sharing your enthusiasm for the performing arts, especially the classical music genre.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound phone calls to promote our client's upcoming seasons.
- Utilize active listening and communication skills to effectively present our client's season and guide patrons to a package that best matches their interests.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette while engaging with diverse customers
