The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, be fully computer literate, and a team player with a strong work ethic with flexibility to assist in many roles.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce to assist the sales department with lead generation, customer management, and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate with clients to collect digital and print advertising materials and ensure deadlines are met.
- Upload and manage articles on company websites using WordPress.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Assist with affiliate marketing initiatives, including maintaining affiliate partnerships, tracking performance, and supporting promotional campaigns.
- Optimize online articles to ensure they are SEO-friendly and aligned with best practices.
- Update and maintain internal spreadsheets, databases, and contact lists.
- Moderate website comments, event listings, and user-generated content.
- Participate in contest management, tracking, reporting, and winner coordination.
- Proofread print and digital publications for accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute copywriting, content creation, and image selection for websites, newsletters, social media channels, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website, social media, and affiliate marketing performance metrics and provide reports as required.
Qualifications
- Highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace is essential.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Slack, social media management platforms, and affiliate marketing programs is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and affiliate marketing principles.
- Strong working knowledge of the English language is mandatory for this position.

This is a full-time, in-office position. (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm).
