About Paramount Protections
Paramount Protections is a premium provider of residential and commercial security solutions throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in security window film, solar film, privacy film, security shutters, retractable bollards, door reinforcement systems, cameras, glass protection, and other physical security products designed to protect homes and businesses.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is confident, professional, and driven to help homeowners and business owners improve their property’s security.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
- Follow up with inbound website and marketing leads.
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations.
- Recommend customized security solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and commercial clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Represent Paramount Protections with professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (in-home sales, construction, security, windows & doors, or related industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience using CRM software is an asset.
