Half Moon Lake Resort Guest Services/Front Desk Agent
Half Moon Lake Resort located minutes 15 minutes east of Sherwood Park , Alberta is hiring for their 2026 summer season.
Seasonal Positions run from May to the September Long Weekend with some flexibility in start and end dates.
This position requires availability on all weekends and holidays during the summer months.
Campground Attendant/Front Desk Agent
As part of the guest services team, you strive to achieve high standards to ensure quality customer service and safety is provided at all times. The position is challenging, varied, offers the ability to help in operating the day-to-day activities and allows you to meet many new people.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Be friendly and welcoming with the guests
· Assist guests with checking-in/checking out
· Answering phones and emails
· Make and modify campsite reservations in person and on the phone
· Collect fees
· Handle camper concerns
· Provide information about the campground and surrounding area
The successful candidates will be persons who enjoy working with the public in a strong customer service capacity, be reliable, be independent, and have sound judgement. This role will require excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork with other parks staff to ensure positive guest experience through all adversities. Other skills and ability may include:
· Positive attitude
· Professional yet relaxed attitude
· Previous experience in customer service is an asset
· Cash handling experience
· Ability to learn and manage the online booking system
· Good organization skills
· Attention to detail
· Time management skills
