Used Car Salesperson – Full-Time (Commission-Based)
We are currently hiring a motivated and professional Used Car Salesperson to join our team full-time in Guelph, Ontario. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and experienced in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and financing options
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (clean driving record preferred)
- Valid OMVIC Licence required
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Commission-based pay with high earning potential
