Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals

- Support dealership marketing campaigns by promoting vehicles and special offers
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Assist in upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients via phone etiquette and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle models
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive sales
- Organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with upselling techniques and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in outside sales settings while collaborating as part of a team
