Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice creams and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with selections, upselling products, and answering questions!
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, equipment, and serving stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
