What You’ll Do:
· Ensures cleanliness, maintenance and presentation standards are managed to brand standards
· Assists in the hiring, training and career development of all housekeeping employees
· Inspects the level of cleanliness in all areas of the resort
· Assists in scheduling
· Assists in the ordering and receiving of all supplies
· All other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
· Proficiency with computers
· A team member with a positive attitude and a proven track record in results.
· Superior time management, organizational, problem resolution, and communication skills
· Strong leadership, supervisory and decision-making skills
· Hours fluctuate evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
