CX Energy Services Ltd. is a fast paced and growing crude oil transportation company based out of High Prairie, AB. We have a new 14,000 sq ft. facility and we continue to grow adding to our fleet of Kenworth trucks and tanker trailers-there is no shortage of work. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, and the chance to be part of a company dedicated to safety and service.
We are currently seeking a Heavy Duty Technician. Consideration will be given to 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with truck and trailer work experience. The successful candidate will;
- Work well with teams,
- Perform regular repairs and maintenance of our fleet with efficiency and accuracy,
- Effectively troubleshoot breakdowns,
- Respond to service/repair call outs,
- Ensure that shop facilities are maintained to ensure cleanliness, safety and efficiency,
- Train and mentor apprentice mechanics leading by example and providing support, knowledge and direction.
Experience with T&E pumps, hydraulics, Kenworth trucks, Cummins engines, and computer skills are an asset
This is a full time position working Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm with on call duties. Be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing as well as random tests as required by clients.
