Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and enforce safety protocols to deliver exceptional results. Duties
- Supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Utilize construction management software such as BilldrPro for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to standards and specifications
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Proficiency in construction management software such as BilldrPro, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
- Extensive construction experience with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and budgeting practices within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders on-site and off-site
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise project execution
