As a member of our Guest Service’s Team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for all guests at HOUSE. You’re passionate about health and fitness, have a hard-working and service-oriented attitude and the ambition to build HOUSE from the ground up.
What you will do:

Engage with all guests identifying who is already a member and who requires orientation and waivers to be signed.

Ensure entire studio space is maintained, including merchandise area, with occasional cleaning and housekeeping of all spaces.

Maintain knowledge of product sales, class offerings and pricing, and special events to ensure all guests have appropriate information and equipment for their class.

Process payments and update member accounts with accuracy.

Courteously answer studio phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

Maintain the HOUSE aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
What we need from you:

Must have customer service experience.

Strong problem-solving skills while having a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.

Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long duration's of time and be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs with assistance.
