Basic Qualifications:

A University degree or College degree in a related field

3-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll administration

Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages
Preferred Qualifications:

Worked in a large, multi-national organization with Canadian operations.

Understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification, or equivalent experience.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information carefully and recommend practical solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Experience with Workday Payroll, and time and attendance systems such as STAS, Kronos, or Workday.

Demonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive colleague information.
