Line Cook / Chef de Partie — Annabelle’s Kitchen (Downtown & Marda Loop)
Annabelle’s Kitchen is looking for a couple strong line cooks / chef de partie to join our downtown & Marda Loop teams.
These are fast-paced, detail-driven kitchens. We are looking for someone that knows their station, moves with purpose, and cares about consistency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running a clean, organized station during service
- Executing dishes to spec, every time
- Working closely with the team to maintain flow and timing
- Prepping with intention (not just getting it done, but getting it right)
- Holding a high standard without being asked
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong service awareness and pace
- Solid fundamentals (knife skills, seasoning, timing)
- Someone who takes ownership of their station
- Calm under pressure
Not the fit:
- No pub cooks
- No “I’ll just wing it” mentality
- No drama
