What is the opportunity?
As Manager, Integrated Scenario Testing, you will be responsible to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of integrated strategies for testing supplier exit strategies and business continuity plans (BCPs) through tabletop exercises across PB & CB. You will work closely with the PB & CB Operational Resiliency and the Disaster Recovery teams to integrate any testing for critical services to ensure a cohesive and efficient test plan is in place. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and Enterprise standards, identifies gaps, and strengthens operational resilience. You will also assist with designing actionable plans, communication frameworks, and dashboards to monitor and report on testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation actions.
What will you do?
- Assist in defining and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and success metrics for testing programs

Execute end-to-end tabletop exercises to simulate supplier exit scenarios and BCP activations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, IT, Legal, Business Units) to ensure realistic scenario design and participation

Document lessons learned, process breakdowns, and remediation actions

Monitor and report on exercise deliverables and outcomes

Create interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize test results, compliance status, and risk trends for stakeholders and regulators

Generate executive reports highlighting gaps, weaknesses, and recommendations for senior leadership and regulatory submissions

Ensure adherence to RBC's Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies and maintain comprehensive audit trails for all testing activities

Support communication strategies to engage stakeholders pre-, during, and post-testing

Facilitate workshops and coordinate team logistics for exercises

Stay current with industry best practices; identify and address recurring errors, service/risk gaps, and process inefficiencies through effective investigation and stakeholder engagement

Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing ideas and best practices
What will you need to succeed?
Must-have:

Risk designations/University degree
-
1-2 yrs experience in supplier management/third party risk/BCM
-
Operational risk experience
-
Experience leading or participating in tabletop exercises
-
Expertise in operational risk frameworks, BCP/disaster recovery, and supplier risk management

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability
-
Strong problem-solving skills to interpret complex risk scenarios

Strong presentation skills, ability to make recommendations to senior leadership with clarity, confidence

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
