- Prepare and manage quotations for clients, including cost estimates for services, equipment, and parts.

Generate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Create and track purchase orders and requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment needed for field operations.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any procurement issues.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of critical parts and equipment for field teams.

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, updates, and support related to field activities and product requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation for all quotes, orders, and requisitions, ensuring clear records for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all field operations.

Prepare regular reports on operational performance, resource utilization, and project progress for management.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement in order preparation, field operations, and customer service.

Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.

Familiarity with elevator systems and/or mechanical equipment is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Project management or safety certifications are advantageous.
