Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Operate rough terrain forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
· Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
· Transport materials to and from storage areas and production sites
· Inspect and maintain forklift equipment, reporting any defects or malfunctions
· Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
· Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time
· Adhere to company policies and procedures related to forklift operation and material handling
Requirements:
- Valid rough terrain telehandler forklift operator certification Required
- Experience operating rough terrain forklifts
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of proper loading and unloading procedures
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
