A lot of our students grew up around Cantonese, Mandarin, or Chinese culture, but somewhere along the way they felt embarrassed, disconnected, behind, or like Chinese was something that held them back. We are building a company that helps them turn that around.
This is an early-stage company, which means the work is real. You will not be joining a giant corporate marketing department where your job is one tiny piece of a machine. You will be helping build the machine.
We are looking for a Marketing / Growth Ops Assistant to help keep our marketing and sales funnel running, improving, and organized.
This is a junior role, so you do not need to already be an expert marketer. What matters more is that you are organized, hungry to learn, good with details, strong in English, comfortable with AI, and genuinely interested in marketing, content, sales, and business growth.
What You Will Work On
- Help check that landing pages, booking pages, forms, links, UTMs, and follow-up systems are working properly.
- Help organize and QA ad creatives, landing page assets, testimonials, and marketing materials.
- Pull simple weekly numbers so we can see what is working and what needs attention.
- Help create and improve ads, short videos, graphics, landing page copy, and sales/marketing assets.
- Use AI tools to move faster, draft ideas, organize information, and improve workflows.
- Spot problems early and communicate clearly when something is broken, unclear, or blocked.
- Help document repeated processes so the company gets more organized over time.

To be clear: complete Mandarin fluency is not required. Perfect Cantonese is not required. What matters more is that you can understand the audience, communicate clearly, and learn fast.
What You Will Learn
In this role, you will get hands-on experience with growth marketing, paid ads, direct response copywriting, funnels, landing pages, CRM systems, automation, AI workflows, reporting, creative testing, sales psychology, and how an online education company grows.
This is a strong role for someone who wants to become excellent at marketing and business operations, not just complete random tasks.

Compensation
This is an entry-level junior role. Starting compensation depends on fit, availability, and experience. The starting point is modest, but the goal is not to keep the right person stuck. If you can take ownership, improve the marketing machine, and create measurable value, there is a path to more responsibility and higher compensation over time.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
