A small but busy full service licensed café in the village of Merrickville serving lunch only (open from 11-3 weekdays and 11-4 weekends). Everything is made from scratch using local ingredients including fresh bread for sandwiches, scones, soups, and desserts.
Job description
Server and Host- greeting customers, taking orders, making drinks and desserts to order, handling alcohol, cleaning tables, making payment transactions (cash and debit/credit), working well with others and helping other staff. Cleaning duties.
3-4 shifts per week, must be flexible and willing to work any days including weekends. Busiest shifts during the summer and into the Fall and Spring. Less shifts in the winter months which are seasonally slower.
