We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated sales territory by developing strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and other industry partners. Your primary focus will be to expand our customer base, increase sales, and provide exceptional service to existing accounts.
The ideal candidate has experience in the window and door, construction, or building materials industry and thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Build long-term partnerships with builders, contractors, developers, dealers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand project needs, provide product recommendations, and identify future opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and product solutions that align with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with estimating, production, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely project completion.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.
- Provide ongoing product knowledge and support to customers to strengthen long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside sales or territory management experience, preferably within the window and door, building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction markets is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Bilingual (English and another language) is considered an asset.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
