Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reflexology techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patients' needs, applying various therapeutic techniques, and promoting overall well-being through reflexology treatments. The Reflexologist will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific health concerns.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
- Provide reflexology treatments, incorporating techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Develop and implement pain management strategies tailored to each client's requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in reflexology and related therapies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in reflexology or related therapeutic practices is preferred.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and occupational health principles.
- Previous experience in a med spa environment is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
