The Salon | Dubai Ladies Club is a premium, women-only luxury salon in Calgary. We specialize in precision cuts, dimensional color, bridal styling, and keratin treatments. No rushed appointments. No high-pressure retail upsells. Just quality work in a calm, private environment.
Now we need a Remote Sales Specialist who can bring new clients through our doors without ever picking up a pair of shears. You will work from home, reach out to Calgary-based businesses, event planners, and corporate clients, and sell them on our salon services, bridal packages, and corporate wellness offerings. No cold calling strangers. No aggressive tactics. Just smart, relationship-driven sales.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Corporate & Group Sales (40%)
- Identify and contact corporate offices in Calgary (downtown, business parks)
- Promote our on-site or in-salon wellness packages (blowouts, makeup, express services)
- Book corporate events, team-building sessions, and employee appreciation days
Bridal & Event Sales (30%)
- Reach out to wedding planners, bridal boutiques, and event venues
- Present our bridal packages (bridal party styling, makeup trials, pre-wedding pampering)
- Secure bookings for wedding blocks and special events
Client Acquisition & Retention (20%)
- Follow up with new leads from our website and social media
- Offer first-visit promotions to convert inquiries into bookings
- Build relationships with local hotels, spas, and fitness studios for cross-promotions
Administrative (10%)
- Track all leads, calls, and bookings in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Prepare weekly sales reports for the Salon Director
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- 2-4 years of B2B or hospitality sales experience (salons, spas, events, or wellness preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English – you sound professional on the phone and in emails
- Comfortable with outbound calls (20-30 per day) and follow-up emails
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Reside in or near Calgary, AB for occasional in-person meetings
Nice to have but not required:
- Existing relationships with Calgary-based event planners, hotels, or corporate HR departments
- Knowledge of the beauty, bridal, or wellness industry
- Experience with social media outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram) for lead generation
- Bilingual (English + another language common in Calgary)
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- You will not make cold calls to random numbers (we provide target lists)
- You will not sell services you haven't experienced (we'll comp you a service)
- You will not work evenings or weekends (except for occasional client events, compensated)
- You will not be responsible for booking appointments (our front desk team handles that)
- You will not be micromanaged (we trust you to manage your pipeline)
