Purpose of the Position
The Office Administrative Assistant will help keep office records organized, support communication with clients and staff, and assist with administrative tasks related to cleaning service appointments, supplies, and general office coordination.
Main Areas of Work
Office Support
Maintain files, update records, prepare basic documents, organize emails, and assist with day-to-day office administration.
Client and Staff Communication
Respond to phone calls and emails, assist with appointment details, and share messages with the appropriate team member.
Scheduling and Records
Help track cleaning appointments, staff availability, service notes, attendance records, and related office information.
Supplies and Invoices
Assist with supply orders, invoice records, receipts, and basic payment or billing documentation.
General Administration
Support managers with data entry, document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous office administration, reception, customer service, or clerical experience is preferred
- Experience in a cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, or service-based company is an asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer programs
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work full-time hours

Pay: $52,000.00-$56,320.00 per year
