About the Role
You will play an integral role in supporting children and youth (birth to 19, or up to 21 if in school) with a range of communication and developmental needs across home, school, and community environments.
✓ Assess, plan, and implement individualized speech and language therapy for children and youth.
✓ Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to support participation and communication across everyday environments.
✓ Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to Communication Disorders Assistants
✓ Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members and other professionals to support shared goals and coordinated care.
✓ Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of pediatric speech and language services.
What We’re Looking For
✓ Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
✓ A passion for working with children and their families.
✓ Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
✓ Ability to work independently AND collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
✓ French fluency is an absolute asset but not required
Additional Details
✓ Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license, insured vehicle, and adequate liability insurance.

Pay: $37.83-$48.29 per hour
