Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality and presentation
- Handle food safely according to health regulations and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Ensure all food is stored properly and inventory is managed effectively
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification required
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
