Dipped Donuts is looking for candidates who love Customer Service and donuts!
Location:
Kensington Market - Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Glazing of the donuts and knowledge of all items
- Remembering customers - names and orders is a big must
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Accurately handle orders and transactions through the POS system.
- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
- Offer detailed information about our products
- Handle cash/debit/credit transactions with accuracy.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - you will need to learn quickly on how to glaze our donuts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification.
- Communicative amongst team members to increase efficiency.
