Overview
The Landrik Group is a privately owned company that manages construction projects and real estate assets in the Greater Moncton NB area.
We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our construction management team.
This is a full-time position at a competitive hourly salary with a growth-oriented company in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
· Perform daily construction site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, organizing materials.
· Assist with material handling, loading/unloading supplies, and keeping job sites organized and efficient.
· Support general construction tasks such as basic carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and minor repairs.
· Pick up and transport materials and equipment from suppliers as required.
· Promote site safety by maintaining clean, secure, and hazard-free work environments.
Experience
o Basic construction experience.
o Familiar with power tools and equipment.
o Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
o Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
o Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of following instructions carefully.
o Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed.
