Fulfillment Order Picker/Packer Part-Time
About the Role
SophieGrace is a fast-growing apparel brand based in Western Canada, shipping worldwide. We create refined, mix-and-match wardrobe staples designed for modern professionals who value simplicity, efficiency, and quality.
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our Vancouver team. This role is focused on order fulfillment and inventory operations, and is best suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable using systems, and capable of working accurately in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a purely manual warehouse role — it requires basic technical ability, system accuracy, and comfort working with Shopify and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process returns and restock inventory
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Update and maintain inventory records in Shopify
- Use Google Sheets / Excel for basic tracking and data entry
- Monitor shipments and assist with basic shipping issue resolution
- Track and file claims for lost, delayed, or damaged packages
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (critical requirement)
- Comfortable using computers, Shopify, and spreadsheets
- Ability to follow structured processes without errors
- Fast learner with basic technical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently after training
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Important: This role requires computer literacy and comfort working with systems. If you are not comfortable using Shopify or spreadsheets, this role will not be a fit.
We are only looking for candidates who take pride in accuracy, organization, and doing work properly the first time.
Schedule
- Part-time: 25–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on operational needs

- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical warehouse tasks
Job Type

Pay: $17.85-$24.00 per hour
