Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable options
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions
- Organize and manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and complete daily responsibilities
- Practice professional phone etiquette when handling inbound or outbound calls
Experience
- Prior experience in home renovation sales or customer service is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product features
- Experience in upselling techniques a bonus
- Ability to work well within a team while independently managing customer interactions
This role offers an independant work environment where you can set your own hours and work from home on a commision basis with solid targets that can have you earn up to $25,000 in 4 months. We value proactive individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Pay: $15,000.00-$25,000.00 per year
