What you'll do
- Greet walk-ins and prospective buyers
- Qualify and follow up on online leads
- Guide clients through the pre-construction buying process
- Negotiate and close in partnership with the sales team
What you bring
- Active Ontario real estate licence (required)
- Strong customer service focus
- Pre-construction sales experience (builder or co-op) strongly preferred
- Sharp communication and follow-up
